samsung scx6345 printing light. If it was an HP I would replace the transfer roller. Is it the same on these Samsungs? I don't know why someone would buy a copier from a company that makes air conditioners, but mine is not to reason why...

Change exposure. If that doesn't work then try changing the drum cartridge. What is the current count on the drum?

The drum is usually the culprit. The nice thing about these drums is they can moved from machine to machine and the drum life stays constant. I would like to know if the drum replacement light can be shut off, I replaced two this week covered under contract.
