[Error Code] mcb error on touch screen on scx 5935fn

hello,

new to this site hopefully some can help..

search the web and cant find anything on this. getting intermitted mcb error. try to figure out if its the HDD, or actual board. does any have a service manual for this MFP

Most likely HDD.

Turn off
Remove HDD
Turn on

You'll get a fax memory low message, but see if the MCB error pops up again. I've had this happen a few times where the HDD went bad.
