Samsung 6622D counter counting backward

    Samsung 6622D counter counting backward

    I have several Samsung 6322D machines that count backwards on their total print count instead of counting foward. They counted correctly for a while, then started counting backwards. I replaced the main boards on the machines, it did not solve the problems. They also have the most up-to-date version of firmware. None of the other techs have any idea what to do at this point. Any ideas?

      Correction, the machines are a Samsung 6322D

              This is not a problem that the manual will correct, and we have the manuals as we are a dealer.
