    [Misc] Blank pages when scanning SCX-6345

    Hi. When scanning large documents using the Netscan Utility, the scanned file has blank pages. Pages are not missing or skipping, they just come through blank.

    EX: In a 40 page document, pages 1-10 are correct, page 11 is blank (original is not blank), page 12 is correct...etc (random blank pages).

    The ADF is not jamming or slipping. This issue occurs only during scanning (can "copy" the same file multiple times without any issues)

    I have cleared the memory, nvram, re-installed the driver / utility, flash the F/W, updated Adobe.

    I'd appreciate any assistance.

      Dumb question on my part but I have to ask.............Have you rebooted the machine?

      I saw this very recently and all it took was a simple machine reboot. I didn't do anything special and the issue was solved.

          Yes, had them reboot first, this has been going on for a few months now.
