[Misc] Samsung 560r

We have a customer with a sf560r that is doing a strange thing.
When they use memory send as soon as it has dialed the last digit it sends the fax tones.
It does not wait for the other machine to answer (not even ring at other end).
Sometimes it has timed out before the other machine even answers.
Does anyone have an idea? We were thinking maybe a firmware issue if so can Samsung download it to the machine?
