SCX-4623 Cover open

Hello,

I have a Samsung SCX-4623, which shows "COVER OPEN,CLOSE
IT "but I can not make disappear a message.
I think it just covers the front.
Because the covers of magazine work, and covers
behind I did not find a detector.

I clean the detector covers the front but its not
still not working.
