hi people, normally post over in the canon forum but hey-ho, we've acquired and 8380 on our base which having already replaced the fuser is still off setting(ie not fusing) having gone through the manual I cannot find a way to boost/tweak the temperature , am i missing something? your help is most appreciated!

Unfortunatley there is no way to adjust the temperature settings ( or any settings) on those machines. You can try a memory clear ( Samsung fix all) or a new Fuser. Is it giving any error messages? Or just not fusing.
