We have a few of these in the field, but one in particular is in a Mac environment, and when wanting to print in Office for Mac (Word specifically) it does not pick up the user code when you print by clicking on the PRINT button, but when going the File>Print route, all works fine.
It seems like there could be a PPD issue, as the machine has all the latest firmware on as well as the latest version of the Mac printer driver.
Any help will be appreciated.
