I'm not sure about this particular machine but on other machines a Hard drive or main board usually fixes an issue like this.

I had same thing straight out of box and it ended up being video main board! Where is bootrom located?

I' m sorry for delay the answer, I forgot my password to copytechnet , regarding the question , I think is the little board
that goes in the center of the video board.
