If you don't know how to load frimware, then you have no business doing it yourself. Call a professional, at least if he fucks it up you have someone else to blame. And getting frimware from an unknown source can REALLY cause you problems. That would be the dumbest thing you can do. I can get the frimware for this machine direct from Samsung, but it won't be free.
