A customer has an SCX-6345N copier and uses NetScan to scan from it. Most of the PCs work fine. However, one of them is only able to scan intermittantly. About 9 times out of 10, the copier will say "Busy" and not hook up with his PC.
I tried setting up scanning using email and SMB from this copier, but it failed on their network. (I have set it many times before without any issues) I believe they may have some goofy network setup that may be causing issues; firewalls, NetBIOS disabled, etc.
The MFP has acted a little iffy too. It has thrown jam codes without there being any jams.
Anyone else seen similar behaviors?
