scx 6345 pcq issue

We have two scx 6345 that have about 150000 copies each. The issue we are having is after replacing the drum and toner and transfer roller to cure light copies the problem returns after about 500 pages are run. We thought we maybe had a bad drum but after replacing unit again problem came back. Any idea's. Thanks

Good luck. I've been fighting this issue for almost a year with no answers from samsung. Have changed all boards as well as the main drive, which contains the toner drive gear which can crack, causing light copies. The gear was never broken in our case though.

This has only been noticed on a handful of machines our of 25 or so that we have in the field.
