CLp-620Nd with #02-000 code.

Hi,
I know this is fuser code. It came up after I removed the fuser to look for a phantom jam. Is this just a case of replace the fuser? Or is some other cause or board that might be bad?

Check out halogen lamp in the fuser, it can be cause.

Also check if everything is OK with thermistor connector (CN35) and its wires.

If the problem persists check the mainboard.
