    Samsung SF 560R ?

Customer called and there fax is printing garbage (page after page).
This is an incoming fax, I have looked in the service and user manuals but I can't find or I am not seeing
how to delete this fax. Is it as simple as turning off and unplugging for a little, or is it something else?
If anyone has an idea I would sure appreciate any help.

    Thanks

Hi,we've had a few of these models and a few other Samsung faxes and never had any issues like this.
I have however had something similar on a phillips fax that required a full reset in service mode.
I'm sure if you fully disconnect the power for a couple of minutes it will reset back to normal. In the unlikely event it doesn't you may need to look at the service manual for clearing/resetting the memory.
    Good luck!

Stop/Clear button? I believe that works on outgoing, might do it on incoming
