We just started carrying the Samsung line. We have a brand new one saying black toner cartridge is incompatable. Tried 3 different toner carts to no avail. They are genuine Samsung toner carts K-606s..any help with where to start would be appreciated. The firmware was updated and HDD overwritten. Don't know where to go from here.

Hi ,
try changing your location/region settings.
Do a memory clear - select UK or similar so you can still read the display language.
If this still does not work , mem clear again and reset you area location. This may fix the issue with incompatible toners.
Otherwise you may have been supplied with the incorrect version of toners from your supplier- they may have received from samsung the wrong region type. -
