    [Misc] Samsung SCX 5935 SN How do you clear password to copy fax etc...

    This customer bought a used machine and the fax copy etc is password protected. How do I clear this.
    Thanks so much for your help... (Correction on the model. It is SCX 5935 FN)

    Not sure if it will clear password protection or not, but in the service mode there is NVRAM clear (I think, I wish I had one hear in the shop).

        No, that didn't clear it. The big problem is that the fax headers are wrong and they need to be changed. Satrting to think the main board needs changed and the firmware updated to fix this problem
