SCX-6555 drum reset chip

I've never used these before. I usually just put the drum in even though they are covered under contract. However, I have one with very good/dark print and would like to try one. Does Anyone know where to get these? Do they work?

You should check the drum unit, some of these earlier Sammy's had a bus fuse on the unit that was blown when installed. If yours is one of these you can replace the fuse.
