    Samsung CLX-9250ND MSOK error

    We have a Samsung CLX-9250ND multifunction copier., and the message below was flashing 3 days before the system halted completely. There was normal usage up until then. Now we're unable to get past this screen when the machine is powered on. Our service providers are unaware of how to fix this problem

    MSOK System Failure. #S1-2511: Please turn off then on again. Call for service if the problem persists.

              I would try the video pcb, cause if the MSOK chip is really bad your hosed. A new MSOK would have to come from Samsung in Korea.
