    [Error Code] Samsung 5935 Intermittent "Install toner"

    This problem has been happening off and on for the past year. Turning the machine off and on will fix it. Checked the connectors on the board that engages the cartridge chip. Wondering if installing firmware might fix this. Any ideas would help greatly. Thanks so much !

      I forgot to mention that they are using OEM Cartridges but when the problem started they were not...

          Have you tried a memory clear?? Also is the firmware current on the sammy?? Samsung wrights a lot of revisions for this model...

              Haven't done a memory clear, will try that tomorrow. I am sure the firmware is out of date and am also going to update it. Sure do appreciate your input...

                  I know this model very well, never encountered or seen such issue on tech bulletin releases.
                  Try the latest firmware SCX5835_5935_V2.01.00.49_OneRom.hd.
