Hello all

we have recently taken on the samsung color machines as a dealer
We are completely new to these machines as we are a sharp dealer and have been for hundreds of years

Has anyone had problems with the adf on these machines..?

we are aware of a modified sep pad for the adf,which has been fitted..with no difference to adf reliability orginals ..tear.. and some orginals just feed in and stop for no apparent reason ?
apparently there is now a modified adf sep spring..anyone had experience with this fixing adf problems..?

and now to make things worse we have copy quality problems..the machine has only been in a couple of months

The prints produced are no were near as glossy as they used to be....(customers words)

we are aware of firmware for something called ACS on other models..

Is it available for this one ? and does it fix quality issues ?

we have contacts at Samsung but there replies tend to be ....er shall we say slow

The customer is now getting really anoyed with us

sales thought samsung was a good idea......

Welcome to the world of unreliable Samsung machines. Worst decision your sales team decided to make.

Those ADF problems seem to be resolved...... for now

The glossy print issue turned out to be the customer playing with the print driver....setting it back to defaults sorted that
