opions on samsung mfp line, color and b/w

We have a rep. really working us hard. I was wondering about the reliability and cost per page, yields etc. We sold a few of the clx 8380. I'm glad we only sold a few as they are expensive to operate. Of course the rep. says the new line has vastly improved. Any experienced opinions? Thank you.

You can't even compare the new models to the CLX8380, they are that much improved. Not sure on pricing (CPP, yields, etc), I stay away from that side of the business.
As for reliability, we haven't had the machines out there long enough to have a clue.
