I have a customer upgraded from a Panasonic DP 2330 to the Samsung SCX-8123 but keeping the Panasonic as backup. ThePanasonic is super quick printing from windows applications and the Samsung takes a much longer time to respond to the printing command. I have even tried the newest universal driver from the Samsung website. The machine does respond to the Mac quickly on all printings. Before I go to install the Postcript driver and the downloaded driver from the GSPN site , anyone have any suggestions?. Thanks guys! BTW the machine have the newest firmware already and the biggest complaint is on the windows 8 computer.
