    Samsung 8640N Touch Screen Locked up

    The touch screen will not respond anywhere. We are going back and recycle the connectors on the control panel and if that does not work order a new control panel. This is the first touch screen we have had go bad. Anyone else have problems with Samsung touch screens?

      Update. It ended up needing both the control panel and hard drive replaced.

          Thanks for the update Dan; we haven't had too many problems with the touch screens except for accuracy (have to touch slightly off the mark).
