Samsung C8380 Switches off when print job sent

I have been called out to look at a samsung c8380 which reboots itself when the client sends a print job to it. They are printing to it from a Macbook using OS X Yosemite 10.10. I think its either a driver error or a compatibility problem but help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok an update. I found that the client was using Mac OS 10.10 but the samsung driver was 10.8. There wasnt a 10.10 driver on the samsung website. I loaded the generic mac PS driver and the machine prints but only in mono? so i found a work around by finding a samsung 6xxx series machine which had a mac OS 10.10 driver available, loaded that and everything worked fine. Phew!! strange though??
