Scx 6545 grinding

Everyone of these machines I have in field are generating calls for grinding noise. Has Samsung come up with a fix for this? Or is it still the same old Toner Cartridge thing? PS the exit units will start to warp around 200K

If a new drum unit doesn't grind then probably issue with toner cartridge. Port doesn't open all the way to allow waste from drum unit to be moved to reservoir in toner cartridge for waste,and drum backs up with waste and grinds. I've posted bulletin before on here...probably still here somewhere
