Samsung 8385nd printing quality problem

Hi. I am not technician.
My Samsung 8285nd has a printing quality problem. I attached 2 pictures. You can see thick line in the middle of the paper and some toner lost. What can cause that kind of problems? What should I check/replace first?
It is a very easy question for a technician.

Yes I know. I have just replaced it and printer works fine. I thought it may be also transfer belt or imaging unit but they were ok.
