Samsung SCX 6555

Hi

We have SCX_6555 , saying in the display that "paper jam inside the machine", in service manual, user manual there is no such error message, tried to check all sensor via service mode seems to be ok..no paper jam in this machine..please help any one to solve this..

Are you sure that there's nothing additional on the display, something like "Feed Jam at Tray 1" or "Registration Jam" or another?

we sorted the issue of paper jam..the feeler was struck..sorted now.
