[Error Code] Samsung CLX-8540 004-04 error

Hello all, new to the site and need some help. Replaced LSU in October, just replaced it again, customer called within 10 minutes, same thing 4-4 code. I've heard firmware is a possible fix, any thoughts? Also need the firmware. Not a Samsung guy so any help is appreciated, thanks!

It's an older Sammy,, get the most current frimwar on it ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
