Samsung 8123

I have a customer that wants us to service a Samsung 8123. We are typically a Savin Ricoh type. Any advise or warning about this model?

I have several of these models in my territory and I haven't been impressed. I'm actually in the middle of getting one RMA'd because of intermittent lock-ups that I've been working with Samsung to fix for over a year. I have 2 that randomly will reset to factory default and we have to go over and do the entire setup when it happens. And yes I keep the f/w up to date. We are an authorized dealer so I have access to all the support I need. On the mechanical side they're not bad. Don't seem to jam much, but I've had to replace a few drums earlier than rated. What I see with the whole Samsung A3 line is that they have the mechanics down right but the software is glitchy and not remotely user friendly.
