I have a customer that wants us to service a Samsung 8123. We are typically a Savin Ricoh type. Any advise or warning about this model?

I have several of these models in my territory and I haven't been impressed. I'm actually in the middle of getting one RMA'd because of intermittent lock-ups that I've been working with Samsung to fix for over a year. I have 2 that randomly will reset to factory default and we have to go over and do the entire setup when it happens. And yes I keep the f/w up to date. We are an authorized dealer so I have access to all the support I need. On the mechanical side they're not bad. Don't seem to jam much, but I've had to replace a few drums earlier than rated. What I see with the whole Samsung A3 line is that they have the mechanics down right but the software is glitchy and not remotely user friendly.Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"? -
