I have problem with Samsung, problem is memory is full I need to know how I'can rest it & how can I access service mode.

1- Press 3*4 key(1, 2, 3) simultaneously.
2. Enter password(1934).
3. Press 'OK' button

I didn't work on this model but first print configuration report and check if your HDD is installed. If yes then delete stored faxes and other files.

This machine might need a Firmware upgrade. This "memory full" Message that you are getting; is a common issue which was corrected with a Firmware update.
You can access service mode by pressing 1,2,3 at the same time. Then enter the password 1934. Backup the Machine settings, address book ETC. Perform a memory clear.
Update the firmware, then re-import all of the machine settings.

Symptom:	“Job cannot be accepted because memory is full” message is displayed
Cause:	Firmware bug
Solution:	We have fixed the firmware, please upgrade to the firmware level below: Model Firmware Version SCX-6555N Use version 2.01.05.05 or higher SCX-6555N Use version 2.01.05.06 or higher
