Please use any M C Y and Black test charts. RGB makes it a bit more difficult. Magenta has a problem, Black too. I don't know what else to suggest here.

Never apologise for communicating in another language. I can't speak yours and I think its awesome you put yourself out to get support.

Possibly this will help? The T2 roller T2 roller.pdf. At the least clean it with isopropyl alcohol?

Also check the laser light path.
We had an MFP here have a cricket crawl into the LSU and cause lines! Worth a check.

Hello

Problem has been solved. I removed LSU Unit and clean it. I found smears on the glass or path (not sure which word suit best).
