    Samsung 9350ND replace Engine Board

    Hello

    When replacing the engine board, I must insert the MSOK and Memory on new engine board.
    Can you explain which memory (where is it located) should I insert please?

    If it is possible please draw a circle on the attached photo.

      I'm not familiar with this model but, these are the two obvious memory components in that view.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          According to manual I should insert Memory to engine board. That was confusing because I couldn't find any memory on this board (besides MSOK - little circle). Bigger circle shows memory on Video controller. I have done this picture in purpose. It shows 2 boards (engine board and video controller board - they are connected by 2 tapes). I ques you are right blackcat4866.
