Red line with ADF Dubplex scanning Doc

For Samsung scx-6545x, After I scanned ADF Dubplex Doc to my save folder I can see RED LINE
showed up, please help me.

Make sure the Skinny glass to the left of the big glass is completely clean. Sometimes you have to look at this glass on an angle to identify the dirt.

Also, turn the MFP off/on so that it resets again. This is to help the CCD's (In the Scanner under the glass)reset there white balance (Just in case it is not dirt after all).

Thank you for your help, it's back to normal now I did not see any more red line.
