I just replaced the Image Transfer Belt on my CLP-360 but it still says it needs to be replaced, I need to know how to get into Tech Mode and Reset that counter.
From what I can see there isn't a screen on the CLP-360 and so I don't think there's a way to enter 'service mode' as such. Odd because you should be able to reset the counters somehow..
Only thing I can offer is seeing if a fresh firmware install will sort it out (V3.00.02.17 is the latest as of May 26 2015).
I think I've had issues with these 'screenless' Samsung desktop printers before -- no way to do proper service operations and such like.
Correct, There is no screen, but you should still be able to get to Tech/Service Mode, I know other brands, like HP for instance, will print out the Menu and you can navigate using the buttons and the LEDs on the panel.
