This message appears after about 30 seconds of switching the machine on. If you are quick enough you can produce a copy which is perfect so I am pretty certain the fault is software/board related.

Anyone else seen this before???

My scx-6545nx has the same issue as yours and I put up on forum last month still got no help but one day I tried to switch SD Card around (under touch screen panel) with another scx-6545nx unit and it work for me
so if someone out there can help us how to work with that SD Card so next time we dont have to switch around from one to another.
