throws tup f1-19 but never ontest and can some times run for amonth without error resets sstraight away
any ideas

I had one with similar symptoms. Turned out to be intermittent problem with the front alignment plate home position sensor. The moter would move the plate but sensor wouldn't change state.

Use SIM3-2 to check the operation of the home position sensor(FFJHPD) pg sec2 item 33 . most of the time this can be the spring of the alignment plate position sensor pg sec2 item 37.check the sensor leaver for any damage. add a extra turn to spring & check the sensor operation. if sensor is not working replace the sensor
