MX-M464N U2-42

Have a MX-M354N had a U2-42. Cleared over phone with Sim 16. 1/2 hour later, when copying, it says "jobs held in memory". Shut off for 5 minutes and when it is turned back on it says " Please wait"

I am guessing SD card, but account is several hours away. Sorry, I originally thought it was a 464, but has since been corrected.

sounds about right, there have been complaints in the forums about sd card failures on the m264/354 series, try using the cn update for the firmware, might be able to fix problem ? the sd card is expensive for an 8gb card from sharp,

You are correct. It was the SD card. We got lucky because we just installed a HDD kit in another copier, which had us change SD cards. So we did not have to purchase a SD card.
