[Error Code] Sharp MX5140 C4-20

Have a MX5140 with a C4-20 error code. Replaced primary transfer unit. No fix. Any quick ideas?

according to sharp to a sharp tech tip one of the drum blades has flipped or one of the transfer unit separation sensors are faulty.

I have had this problem.Mine was the c/blade on the black drum had flipped.it should be very evident just looking at the drums without the t/belt in situe

its flipped black drum unit most of the time. but if it throwing it intermittent it can be dc pwb
