F1-09 on a MXM550N

Hello. I've got a MXM550N with an AR-F15 finisher. It's throwing intermittent F1-09 errors. The manual says it's a load capacity sensor in the finisher, but when I check the finisher manual, there's no such sensor listed. Also, the machine usually runs fine, but intermittently throws this code, so when I check the sensors in Sim 3-2, everything checks out ok.

Another post on here said that there's a service bulletin on it. Can you please give me the service bulletin or let me know what the fix is?

This code is related to the height sensor, which is called PS1. See pages 2-40 and 7-10 in the manual. There is also an adjustment on 7-10. Once you find it, it not to bad to get to.
