    AR-M455 Can't clear data light

    Hi Guys,
I have a machine that will not let me clear the "data" on the op panel. I have cleared all jobs from the copier hard drive as well as the printing Q. Also, when the copier is powered down, the "image send" light comes on, even after I disconnected the fax unit. Ideas??

    THANKS,
    Buddy

Does it clear if you unplug the network cable? The image send light could be network scanning, not just the fax.
    Try a NIC reset.

Make sure all print queue's on all PC's are cleared. A corrupt print job can cause issues like this.

If it is a fax job you will have to do a sim 66-10 to clear the fax image memory.
