mx2300 add toner

We have a machine that is showing the message add toner.

We have tried another toner bottle, changing the wiring loom that the toner chip plugs into, have also tried another PCU PWB. At the first visit my guys tried swapping two of the toner motors aswell.

My tech investigating the fault has said when there is no toner in the machine there is the message to insert a toner, but when the bottle is inserted the message changes to "add toner".

Any other ideas to point us in the right direction?

I've encountered the same problem but in my case the pipe from toner to DV unit is stuck up thats why the toner is not transporting from toner to the DV unit.

Turns out we had a couple of faulty toners. Then the PCU PWB died.
