[Error Code] Sharp MX 2600n Error code C1-10

Good morning
I am receiving on my sharp MX 2600N a code C1-10 can you please explain what this means and is it a quick fix and what sim can I enter to erase this or fix..

black main charge error. try swapping it with a colour to get the c1-11 then you have to change main charge grid of black. also check if the charge grid is touching drum , sometimes this happens if the charge grid stuck with the outer mylar of the frame.
