The machine have around 4000 (!) RSPF click
Scanning from Document table = OK
When i first started, 9 of 10 was skew when scanning, after i did the steps below, now it like 1 in 10 that's skew.
As you can see in the pdf, page 1 and 3 is ok, page 2 is not.
Sharp test.pdf
This is what i have done so far and in that order:
1. SIM 50-28 SPF ADJ, OC ADJ. Didn't Work, crap, hoped for a easy fix.
2. Took apart the whole RSPF, clean all the rollers, every single one. Didn't work. Hmmm...
3. Did Adj 7, Scanner image skew adjustment, when you slide the RSPF, by loosen the fixing screw from the hinge. Better, but not ok. Like 1 of 3 would be skew.
4. Ohhh, stupid me, must be the paper. Tray 3 different type of paper, 80g-100g, i tried A4(almost like Letter size), try both direction of the paper. Same same, still skew sometimes
5. Checked static electricity brushes in RSPF = They are working fine
6. Well, i had enough of this, changed the whole RSPF unit, from a brand new machine, started it up, tested and... same result! . I be like, aaaahhhh! Still like 1 of 3 would be skew
7. Put back the old RSPF unit, and now its like 1 in 10 thats skew. Hmm, what is happening?
8. Ok, lets go PWB, changed the SCU PWB. Same same, 1 in 10 that's skew
9. Ok, what is next. Yeah, power! Checked the power voltage = OK Checked ground = OK. Well, that's it, i'm out!
The thing that hurt my head is:
Why did the same thing happened to a new RSPF?
And why is is random, why can i scan 10 papers perfect, but minutes later scan 3 paper and all will be skew?
Next step for me is LSU Mother PWB
You guys have any ideas of next step?
