[Error Code] H3-00, H3-02 MX7040

I have an MX7040 that is giving a lot of H3 error code after replacing the fuser. We put in DUNTW8749DS15 (NorthAmericas 208-240v) listed as the revised one in the part manual. Anyone had issue with this one as it's also the same # listed for Taiwan 120v . Firmware is a V.5 we will try to get the MX620FU1 to see if we get a DUNTW8749DS12 (1st lot) or DS15 (revised).

Ok, after looking more into the power line we discovered that on phase was not present all the time. ??? It would drop to zero (having 125v between lead) without turning the copier off ?? But it would generate H3 code big time. Will follow up after electrician fix the issue.
