AR M455 Printing a cover page w/ every print

I picked up a AR M455. Every time I print something it sends a first page with the port and a code.
How can I turn this off. I looked in the printer properties, and in the user controls. I can't seem to see a place to stop the extra first page..

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
