    [Electrical] mx-m354n Blank image but drum covered with toner No codes

    Working on this machine with blank image, no codes Replaced developer and drum unit, same problem
    Any suggestion Not familiar with Sharp machines as I work on Ricoh copiers
    Any help is appreciated, Thanks

          Check the block behind the drum that has the contact springs for the main charger. If dirty the drum does not charge. Also check the grid is not dirty.

              Is the laser working?
              It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
