[Jamming] MX-2310 Jamming from tray 1 and 2. Bypass works fine

Hi,

having problems with Sharp MX2310. Usually first page comes out fine but then jams. Jam code is PPD2_N. Already replaced sensors but no luck. Also replaced all the gears, switches and motor that are related to tray 1 and 2.

Bypass is working great.

Any ideas what could cause the issue?

Hello,

I replaced the whole right door unit and that fixed the problem. Now I'm wondering what could cause the jams in right door unit. I have checked that there isn't anything blocking the paper path.

Paper jams when it enters the door unit.
