[Error Code] E6-11 B402SC and C402SC

Cannot figure out whats causing this problem on the DSPF I have replaced almost everything inside of the DSPF from boards to motors still can't pin point the problem. I know it is the DSPF and not the copier because I switch the whole DSPF unit and it follows what every machine I put it on. I have had this problem on both the B402sc and the C402sc the only solution I found so far is to replace the whole DSPF but I know it has to be a easier way. Thanks!

One of our guys ran into this recently when replacing the whole dspf. We ordered another one with the same results.

He finally stumbled across that bulletin, and that did the trick.
