[Misc] MX-C300W Restarts continuously after the please wait message

Hello, I recently purchased a MX-C300W Printer(Second Hand) when I power on from the switch, it displays the message 'Please wait' for some seconds and restarts the process is repeated continuously.

I dont have any idea where are what to check, coz it dont display any errors or I dont have any choice to proceed from the menu options.

Please help me.

First check your outlet if it is the correct one for the machine. Try to re-seat the memory of the machine or possibly test a new power supply.

We had a conference call about this, i don't remember all the details but i think it was the firmware that caused this issue and it needed to be upgraded.

Hai, thanks for your comments, I have checked powering on the printer with the new power cable.... but this does not correct the probleme. I dont know how to re-seat the momery can you help me, thanks.

No! does not matter....it does always, And I cant do anythig to stop it.

Thanks to all, I have tested with a new power cable, but that does not correct the probleme.

does not matter if the doors or opened or closed it restarts continusly.

dont know how to reseat the memory, if some one know please let me know how?

where to download the firmware for the printer, i have been searching almost for 3 days without sucess.

please help me

Thanks Lawerence, Yes I just come to know that it is a firmware probleme, so i have to re install the firmware on the printer inorder to correct the probleme.
