I've a 7500 with the fn21 and plockmatic, its suddenly decided it wont drop the trays for the plockmatic. Firmware is upto date but in simulation 3 the finisher has disappeared. It was working then gone.

resent the firmware and now a dead display.

Disconnect the sorter and see if the copier comes back up.

I have been able to access the control panel via vnc viewer. Is there a way to manually drop the trays on the fn21
